What it means—
What the states mean
- pending_payment — the order exists but no payment has been confirmed yet. Card payments confirm within seconds; crypto confirms once the network does.
- paid — payment verified server-side; the order is in the fulfillment queue and ships within 1–2 business days.
- failed / declined / expired / canceled — no payment was taken. If you believe you were charged, contact us with the order reference.
- refunded / disputed — the payment was returned or is under review with the processor.
