Research-use policy

Every product sold by Island Research Labs LLC is supplied strictly for laboratory research use only and is not for human or veterinary use. This page states who may purchase, what use is permitted, and what we commit to in return.

Scope

We do not offer these products as drugs, foods, dietary supplements, or cosmetics, and nothing on this site is an offer to supply them for any such purpose. Product listings use research-focus and catalog language only; we make no claims about dosing, treatment, diagnosis, cure, prevention, or any physiological outcome.

Who may purchase

• Purchasers must be 21 or older.
• Orders must be placed through a research account that identifies a company, laboratory, or institution, and each order records a field of research.
• Every order requires two separate confirmations at checkout: the research-use-only acknowledgement and acceptance of the Terms & Conditions.

Permitted use

In-vitro laboratory research and development conducted by qualified personnel in an appropriate facility, in accordance with the rules that apply to that facility and jurisdiction.

Prohibited uses

Any introduction of these products into people or animals; any incorporation into products intended for such use; and any resale or transfer for such use are prohibited. We do not provide usage guidance of any kind, and no statement on this site may be read as such guidance. See also Terms §6, Prohibited uses.

Our commitments

• Product pages state facts we can document. Batch certificates are listed as "documentation pending" until an authentic file is connected; no purity value is ever invented. See the document index.
• We publish no research outcomes and make no representations about what these materials do.
• Pricing is computed server-side and shown before you pay; nothing bills without a verified payment.
• We refuse or cancel orders that appear inconsistent with this policy. Cancelled unshipped orders are refunded in full.

Your responsibilities

Buyers are responsible for the safe handling, storage, use, and disposal of all materials in accordance with the practices and rules that apply to their facility and jurisdiction, and for the accuracy of the account and order information they provide. See Terms §7, Your legal responsibility.
